Out In London

The only way to experience London is by using the transport system and experience London life as Londoners do πŸ˜‚

And that had me running for my life as I crossed street after street in the busy city πŸ˜„ because being a Londoner includes not getting run over by a big bus or carπŸ˜‚ said my friend Sam, who unselfishly gave me the experience of my life as she planned the most amazing sightseeing trip around London for me and her πŸ‘

So, our trip started with me trying to get from one part of London to the other side πŸ™ˆ this required the help of my brother in law as well as my husband – who’s currently in Dubai- to give me details on catching the next bus and train in London πŸ™‰πŸ˜œ

As I waited and waited for delayed buses and trains I finally got to London bridge in one piece πŸ‘ thank you, thank you πŸ˜„πŸ˜‚ where I met Sam patiently waiting has all this took me about 2 hours πŸ™Š but that’s normal πŸ’ apparently πŸ™…

Our trip started with running and shouting – mostly from me- as we tried to stop the tour bus from leaving without us πŸ˜‚ huffing and puffing as we made our way to the top deck 😜

This was a really good way to see London as it went around all the major sightseeing attractions and we got to see all this while sitting and having a good chat!

Icy breeze, bare trees, frozen hands, that’s the plan 😜 And the weather was PERFECT πŸ‘Œβ„οΈ

We hopped off at what seemed to be a castle πŸ˜‚ and we made our way to the River Thames where I was able to witness a breathtaking sunsetπŸ™ at Big Ben. You just stand, stare and appreciateπŸ™…

London Eye experience was kept for a special date with my one and only ❀️ so we just by passed that and then made our way to an aquarium where we dived into a magical underwater world filled with a dazzling array of amazing creatures 🐠 I was most mesmerised by the jelly fish, the biggest turtle I’ve ever seen and the magnificent breed of sharks! I also really like seeing the penguins🐧 cutest animals ever πŸ™‚ and it’s amazing how they made this whole tour life like with sounds and temperatures changing for us to have a real life feel πŸ‘ amaze balls πŸ˜‚πŸ˜œ

And it did not end here, we sat down and had something to eat, well I didπŸ˜„ and later started to make our way to the boat we thought we missedπŸ™ˆπŸ™Š but luckily we didn’t πŸ™…

The boat ride took us back to London bridge where we boarded a train to a shopping centre πŸ’ƒπŸ’ shopping!!! and this is where we spent the rest of our time before we finally decided to call it a night πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

All good things come to an end but not just yetπŸ’ƒπŸ™…πŸ˜œ I am so grateful for my new found friend. And I am looking forward to all the amazing times ahead 🍹

Thank you Raj ❀️ because without you none of this would have been possibleπŸ’‹

Tour, explore and applaud πŸ‘
